How to Reopen the Last Tab You Closed in Microsoft Edge on Windows 11

What you need: A Windows 11 computer with Microsoft Edge still open after you closed a tab you want back. The tab you want back must be the last one you closed. These steps are for a window without InPrivate near the top.

Steps

1. In Microsoft Edge, click once in the address bar, the long box near the top of the window that shows the website address.
2. On your keyboard, find the Ctrl, Shift, and T keys. Hold down Ctrl and Shift together. While holding them, press T once, then let go of all three keys.
3. Wait for the page to appear.

Expected result: The tab you last closed is open again, and its page is showing.
